One word describes the underlying concern we had prior to engaging the landscaper on our project, and that was “transparency”. As a fixed price contract, we were looking to understand clearly the component cost of all works. Regrettably, the landscape contractor recommended by our Architect, failed on numerous occasions to provide a clear breakdown and was accordingly dismissed. Jon Plowman & Associates was then introduced as an alternative. We are pleased to say that Jon listened and delivered on our vision throughout the 9 month project period, which came in on-time and on-budget.
